About the Coastal Expeditions Foundation
Coastal Expeditions has been introducing people to the wild side of the lowcountry for over thirty years — kayak tours through cape romain, ferry rides to bulls island, the kind of adventures that make you fall hard for this corner of the world.
The Coastal Expeditions Foundation is the nonprofit arm of that story. It exists to protect and preserve the waters, marshes, and barrier islands of coastal South Carolina through conservation, education, and stewardship. Every dollar raised goes toward keeping these places wild — for the shorebirds, the loggerheads, the little explorers in tiny shades, and everyone who comes after.
