This backpack is so cute! We are a military family and I bought the camo print. It seems like good quality, but unfortunately it was way too small for my 3-year-old twin boys who are starting preschool soon. It would barely fit anything in it. I think this is more for 1-2 year olds than 3-5 year olds. I wish it was made in a bigger size. I had to return them.
Great backpacks, my son’s only backpack until he was 5 lasted and outgrew it. Now my 2Y.O daughter has her Pink one she loves it and it’s completely adequate for her age, love both colors, the blue and the pink.
Its really small. I expected a bigger one just like the photo.
Hi Darlene We appreciate your feedback and we're sorry to hear that our Rocket Pack did not meet your expectations. The backpack is designed and recommended for little ones ages 3-5.
In the pics it looks like you could get a water bottle in there but in real life that's a no go--it's too narrow. I don't see the point of a kid back pack that can't hold a water bottle. The fabric is super sturdy and it's has some other nice features. It is quite small and could suit a 2-5 year old but not a 6 year old.

I think the size is perfect, my 3 year old son loves wearing it. We’ve had it a little over a month, and it’s holding up fairly well with daily wear. The chest clip tore off a couple weeks ago. I think the elastic was a bad choice as it’s a major stress point and a weak textile. Just my opinion, whatever it’s worth. A couple more suggestions: Please make one/both of the bottle holders insulated to keep bottles cold/hot. My son has a few different Nalgene, Zack, etc. reusable water bottles that won’t fit in the cup holder pockets. I wish there was a carabiner loop/hook and a dedicated soft/fleece lined pocket for his sunglasses. I think it would be 5 stars with the above changes. **Also wish you offered Embroidered Velcro Name patches or an internal stitched in name tag like his North face jackets, so it didn’t get lost or stolen at school/daycare. Would be another good way to generate revenue in my opinion. I would pay $5-10 extra if it was sewn on; but in keeps with your whole military theme, Velcro patches would be the easiest solution.
