Babiators Spam Incident April 20th, 2019

Dear Babiators Customer,

 On April 20th, the server of the vendor that sends our Babiators customer emails was compromised for a short time. During this time, some of you may have received a spam email that appeared to come from a Babiators.com email address. 

Our customer's’ privacy and security are a top priority for us and we take this matter very seriously. Soon after the events occurred, we were able correct the issue and to ensure that no additional spam emails were sent. We are taking additional measures to enhance our security to protect Babiators from having something like this happen again.

 Please delete any spam email you received and be assured that no sensitive personal data or information was made available except your email address.: our email vendor does not have your credit card number or any other financial information about you.  We apologize for this incident and assure you that we will continue to update our security measures to put your privacy first.
