Contest Rules

The Babiators Sun, Sand, Surf Giveaway (the "giveaway") is hosted by Babiators, LLC, but is not endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. The giveaway will run from 6/9 at 10 am EST until 6/12 at 11:59pm EST and the winner will be announced on 6/13 via Babiators' Instagram story. 

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors and agents of Babiators LLC (the "Sponsor"), MDSolarSciences, Coolibar, Bogg Bags, Slowtide, Neso Tent, and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

To enter the giveaway entrants must follow all rules as outlined in the initial giveaway rules post on 6/9 by the giveaway closing date. A winner will be chosen at random from the list of entrants based on the list of entrants received.

The prizes are subject to change without notification to the entrants. Prizes will be mailed to the winner within a month of the giveaway closing.

The rules, as outlined above, of The Babiators Sun, Sand, Surf Giveaway are subject to change and Babiators, LLC cannot be held liable for any aspects of the giveaway.
